Fearn Dean "Tutie" Dewbre, 83, of Shallowater, formerly of Crosbyton, passed away Thursday, September 8, 2016 at his residence. He was born February 9, 1933 in Crosbyton, Texas to Elmer Lee and Artie May (Davis) Dewbre. He married Billye Kathryn Tice in 1956 in Roswell, NM. Billye preceded him in death on December 19, 2004. He was a veteran of the United States Army and worked as a machinist for over 40 years. Tutie cherished the time he spent with his two grandsons. He raised pigeons and enjoyed entering pigeon shows around Lubbock. Tutie also loved dogs, fishing and whittling.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Billye; his brother James Dewbre; and his sister Loretta Clark.

Those left to cherish his memory are his daughter Shawnda Dolle & husband Ryan of Shallowater; his two grandsons Jeffrey and Caulen Dolle of Shallowater; his brother Tony Dewbre of Crosbyton; numerous nieces and nephews; and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.

Graveside services will be held at 1 pm on Tuesday, September 13, at Crosbyton Cemetery under the care of Adams Funeral Home of Crosbyton.
