David Marquez Sr. 69, of Crosbyton passed away Tuesday August 8,2017 at his residence. David Marquez Sr. was born on October 31, 1947, in Big Springs Texas to Thomas and Pilar Alvarado Marquez. He married Micaela Sandoval on January 22, 1966 in Crosbyton Texas.
David enjoyed, yard work, and spending time with family.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife Micaela Marquez of Crosbyton, five daughters Diane Almaraz of Crosbyton, Matilda Almaraz of Crosbyton, Linda Marquez of Crosbyton, Erma Pena of Crosbyton, and Vicky Villarreal of Crosbyton. A son David Marquez Jr. of Crosbyton, three brothers Benito Marquez of Big Spring, Manuel Marquez of Miami Florida, Samuel Marquez of Lubbock, a sister Allisama Quary of Plano, 15 grandchildren, and 28 great grandchildren.
Prayer Service will be Thursday August 10 from 7 p.m at Adams Funeral Home in Crosbyton. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m Friday at Calvario Community Church in Crosbyton.
