David (Feller) Almaraz 55, of Crosbyton passed away Friday March 19, 2021.

David was born September 27, 1965 in Crosbyton, Texas to Pedro and Hilaria Luebano Almaraz. He married Matilda Marquez on February 1, 1986 in Crosbyton, Texas.

David loved spending time with his family and friends especially his grandchildren. He was a loving caring person who loved cooking out, and was always willing to help others. He will be dearly missed by all his friends and loved ones.

David is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Henry and Jesse Almaraz.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, his son, Jacob Almaraz and his wife Zailly of Crosbyton, his daughter, Janette Basquez and her husband Roland of Post; three brothers, Pete and Irene Almaraz of Crosbyton, Arturo and Olga Almaraz of Lubbock, Danny and Janie Almaraz  of Idalou; one sister, Cynthia and David Deleon of Lockney, and his seven grandchildren. He also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Calvario Community Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Crosbyton Cemetery under the care of Adams Funeral Home of Crosbyton. A visitation will be Monday from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Adams Funeral Home of Crosbyton.
