Consuelo Mercado 79, of Ralls passed away Tuesday February 21 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born February 9, 1938 in Edinburg, Texas to Cristo Galaviz and Maria Gonzales. She was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family. She was also an active member of St Joseph in Sunnyside WA,.
Consuelo is preceded in death by her husband Jesse Mercado and her parents.
Consuelo leaves to cherish her memories, three daughters, Norma Browler of Lampasas, Texas, Marie Desmarias of Ralls, Texas, three sons, Rick Mercado of Sacramento CA., Chris Mercado of Pasco WA., and Leo Mercado of Sunnyside Wa., two sisters Elva Alvarez of Othello, WA., and Salome Hernandez of Sunnyside WA., thirteen grandchildren, six great grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
