Celestino Talamantez 91 of Ralls accepted God's invitation to eternal glory on April 1, 2018 surrounded by his loving family. Visitation will be Wednesday April 4 from 11:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. at the Adams Funeral Home of Ralls. A rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday at the St. Michaels Catholic Church with Funeral Mass being held 10:00 a.m. Thursday at the same church. Burial will follow at the Idalou Cemetery under the care of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.

Celestino was born May 29, 1926 in Floresville Texas to Fermin and Maria Talamantez. Celestino was a husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, great-great grandfather, farmer, and dedicated worker and provider. He was an active servant of God.

Celestino was preceded in death by his parents, eight siblings and a precious grand-daughter.

Celestino's beliefs and traditions will be continued by his wife of 69 years Corina of Ralls, his brother Leandro Talamantez, eleven children, 36 grandchildren, 72 great grandchildren, and 16 great-great- grandchildren.  Online condolences can be made at www.adamsfuneral.com.
