Brenda Lea Woodard Estep, born January 28, 1952, to Willis Ray and Vida Mae Nitcholas Woodard in Lubbock, Texas. She was raised on the Woodard family farm at Caprock. She started school at the two-room school at Caprock, in third grade the Caprock School consolidated with Ralls ISD. She graduated from RHS in 1970 and attended South Plains College.
She was very proud to have been a member of Girl Scout Troop 52. She enjoyed watching women's basketball, college and WNBA. She also loved to crochet.
In 1971 she married Clabourne Beshirs and in 1992 she married Phillip Estep.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband Phillip Estep of Ralls, brother, Kenneth and wife Terri Woodard of Abilene; her son, Mickey and wife Kassi Beshirs of Roaring Springs; her daughter, Misty and husband Weldon Smith of Post; three stepchildren, Jace Estep of Lubbock, Sid Estep of Lubbock and Deeje' Byrne and husband Steven of Kress; three grandsons, Kade Smith and wife Jaden, Kyler Beshirs and Rylynn Beshirs; three step granddaughters, Alexis Estep, Brooke Rinehart, and Ellie'Ann Byrne. She also leaves behind a very special friend, Paula McHam and the Beshirs family who she loved very much.
