Benito Moreno 73, of Crosbyton entered Heaven's Gates on Monday, May 24, 2021. He was born April 2, 1948 to Lionel and Luisa Rubalcado Moreno in Sinton, Texas. He married the love of his life Sonea Jardon on February 15, 1969 in Crosbyton, Texas.

Ben was a member of the Calvario Community Church. He worked at the Associated Cotton Growers for 30 years as a mechanic. His biggest passions were spending time with family, going on vacations, and making new memories. Ben also loved the Dallas Cowboys, car racing, playing softball, and quality time with his friends. He will be dearly missed by all his friends and loved ones.

Ben is preceded in death by his mother, Luisa Moreno.

Those left to cherish his memory are;his wife Sonea Moreno of Crosbyton;his daughters, Krista Moreno of Crosbyton and Ke'Ren and Mateo Grimaldo of Olathe, KS;his father, Lionel Moreno Sr.;his sister, Ameila Moreno of Mathis, TX;his brother, Lionel Moreno Jr. and spouse Josie Vasquez of Mathis, TX;his grandaughters, Bethany and Justin Munoz of Clarksville, TN, and Keziah Grimaldo of Olathe, KS;his grandsons, Avory Isaac of Lubbock, TX and Kason Grimaldo of Olathe, KS;and two great-grandchildren, Ariyah and Ryan Munoz of Clarksville, TN.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 25 from 6-7pm at the Adams Funeral Home in Crosbyton. Family and friends are invited to come and go for viewing from 9:00 am till visitation time. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, May 26 at the First Baptist Church in Crosbyton. Burial will follow in the Crosbyton Cemetery under the direction of Adams Funeral Home of Crosbyton.
