Antonio Salazar Jr. of Petersburg passed away November 27, 2017. A visitation will be held at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday November 29, 2017 at The Fellowship of Faith in Petersburg. Services for Antonio will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday November 30, 2017 at the First Baptist Church in Ralls burial will follow in the Ralls Cemetery under the care of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.

Antonio was born October 30, 1956 in Crosbyton, TX to Antonio Sr. and Juanita Gorostiza Salazar. Tony was a "Giant" among men, with a huge heart for service and for the Lords work with young people. He married his High School Sweetheart Nora Mata in Ralls, TX on January 28, 1977 and through all the years of being married they were inseparable! His passion was working with his youth groups, which he did for 40 years. Tony was a loving man that had lots of love for everyone especially his grandchildren.

Antonio is preceded in death by his father Antonio Salazar Sr.

He is survived by his wife Nora of Petersburg, his three daughters; Tonya Arguello and Marie Nava of Petersburg, Kennedy Salazar of Lubbock, his two sons; Joshua Salazar of Petersburg, Jacob Salazar of Lubbock, his mother Juanita Salazar of Ralls, his four brothers; Ricardo Salazar of Crosbyton, Robert and Randy Salazar of Ralls, Bobby Joe Salazar of Lubbock, his six sisters; Rosalinda Hinojosa of Idalou, Norma Garcia of Hobbs, NM, Sylvia Velez and Amelia Salazar of Lubbock, Candy Calderon of Ralls, Kimberly Salazar of Lubbock and 12 grandchildren.
