Beloved mother of four Angela Torres, of Ralls, TX passed away at the age of 85. Born October 1, 1938 in Stamford, TX to Marcos and Paula Flores. She married Mike Torres, Jr. on July 2, 1955 in Slaton, TX. She loved to bake, sew, and garden. She enjoyed watching her favorite teams, which included the New York Yankees, Kansas City Chiefs, and Dallas Cowboys. A devoted Catholic, she was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church in Ralls.

She is survived by her husband Mike Torres; two sons, Raymond Torres of Houston, TX, James Torres and wife Sondra of Hamlin, TX; one daughter, Nancy Cherrie and husband Ernie of San Leon, TX; daughter-in-law Alice Torres of Ralls, TX; one sister, Marcie Camacho of Sweetwater, TX; one brother, Gilbert Flores of Sweetwater, TX; grandchildren Joseph Torres, Matthew Torres, Michael Torres, Justin Torres-Vigil, Jeremiah Morgan, Kyle Torres, and Eric Cherrie; great-grandchildren: Ace, Braiden, Uzziah, Tobiah, Delilah, and Airica Torres, Dalilah, Leviah, Tinley, and River Morgan.

She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Joe Flores and Lucia Frausto; and son, Gregory Torres.

Rosary will be 6pm, Sunday, July 21, 2024 at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Ralls. Funeral Service will be 10am, Monday at St. Michael's with Father Jeganathan Arulsamy officiating. Interment will be in Ralls Cemetery.
