Graveside services with military honors for Bobby Marlin Conger, 75, of Sweetwater, formerly of Lubbock, will be at 2:00 PM Friday, February 12, 2010 at the Ralls Cemetery Chapel with Rev. Richard White officiating. Burial is under direction of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.
Bob passed away on February 8, 2010 at his home in Sweetwater. He was born May 17, 1934 in Blue Ridge, Texas to the late Elmer and Claudia (McGee) Conger.
He served in the US Navy during the Korean Conflict and retired from the City of Lubbock Traffic Engineering Department.
He is preceded in death by a brother Baxter Wayne Conger in 2005.
Survivors include; a son, David Conger of Lubbock; two brothers, Benny Conger and wife Twila of Lubbock, Joe Conger of Sweetwater; two sisters, Johnnie McClure and husband Mitchell and Claudia Marshall, both of Lubbock, and a sister-in-law, Debby Conger of Lubbock.
